Each session includes movement-based activities to support coordination, a sensory and fine motor craft, and guided group experiences that encourage communication, planning, and organization. Every week is inspired by a children’s book, creating a playful and meaningful connection across activities that keeps children engaged and excited to learn.

The Massage to Milestones class goes beyond traditional infant massage—offering a full-body, hands-on experience designed to support your baby’s growth, comfort, and development. Each session guides parents through massage techniques that address every part of the body, helping to promote deeper sleep, improved digestion, decreased colic, and overall relaxation for both parent and baby.

Through gentle, nurturing touch, you’ll learn how to calm and regulate your baby’s sensory and nervous systems while strengthening your bond and communication.

In addition to massage, individualized parent coaching is provided to help you facilitate your baby’s developmental milestones. Coaching is tailored specifically to your child’s current abilities and unique needs. This may include strategies for:

  • Encouraging tummy time and rolling through hand and toy placement

  • Supporting movement through gentle weight shifting and positioning

  • Engaging your baby’s visual system to promote tracking and head control

  • Enhancing sensory awareness and motor coordination through play

Each class is designed to empower parents with confidence, understanding, and practical techniques that nurture development and connection during the earliest months of life.

The Super Sibling Prep Class is perfect for families expecting a new baby. If you’re in your second or third trimester and have an older child at home, this class is designed just for you! Children should be 2.5-8 years old to attend.

Focused on helping siblings embrace their new role as a big brother or big sister, this engaging session covers essential topics like assisting mom and dad with the baby, understanding the importance of asking for consent to touch or hold the baby, and learning how to use gentle hands. We’ll also teach your child how to safely hold the baby, ways to play with baby, along with simple massage techniques to foster a loving bond.

The class features a story about what to expect when the baby comes home, a fun hands-on activity where each child will decorate their own super sibling cape, and creative ideas for special one-on-one time with mommy and daddy after the baby arrives. At the end of the session, each child will take a soar in the super sibling swing and receive a certificate, recognizing their important role as a super sibling. This special keepsake is a warm celebration of their new journey, honoring their excitement and readiness to welcome the newest member of the family.

Join us for this special class and help your child feel confident, excited, and truly special as they step into their role as a super sibling!

The teacher called again. He can't sit still, she pushed a classmate, he's not listening, or can't keep up with tasks or assignments.

  Lets figure out why.

Classroom observation is an opportunity to see a child in their natural environment during different parts of their day such as playground, circle time, center time, and/or instructional time. Consultation with teacher and staff is an opportunity to acquire an understanding of challenges being faced in the classroom. An action plan is then created to include suggestions for instructional, classroom, and general modifications to improve success in the classroom.

Through the specially filtered music, the SSP sends cues of safety to your nervous system, building the foundation for awareness, embodiment and resilience.  When our nervous system is regulated, it’s easier to sleep, eat, digest, concentrate, communicate, and participate in meaningful relationships with others.   By activating the part of your brain that allows us to be more social, affectionate and connected, the SSP can help shift you into a state where you are more comfortable and at ease engaging with others, leading to deeper and more meaningful relationships.

What is Occupational Therapy

Young boy painting with blue paint on his hands and paper.

Pediatric occupational therapy is a specialized branch of therapy aimed at helping children develop the necessary skills to effectively engage in everyday activities. Occupational therapists work with children who face challenges in areas such as fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care tasks, play, and social interactions. Through personalized assessments and interventions, therapists create tailored plans to address individual needs, enhance motor skills, sensory integration, and cognitive abilities. This therapy assists children in gaining independence and confidence, improving their overall quality of life and ability to participate fully in school, home, and social settings.
